As a Gym Team member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, educating members on fitness techniques, and ensuring the gym's overall success through confidence and a strong drive for sales.

Duties:
- Educate gym members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to assist members in achieving their fitness goals
- Membership management on reception

- Membership Sales and retention
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised gym environment
- Assist in developing personalized fitness plans for members
- Monitor and enforce gym policies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

- Delivering classes and inductions

Skills:
- Strong ability to educate and communicate effectively with gym members

- Confident sales person
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- Experience in sports coaching is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
