experienced L&D coordinator to join our amazing
L&D team!
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our firm's learning environment. You will add value and purpose by supporting with creative learning programmes, Early Careers programmes, including trainees and apprenticeships and supporting colleagues through their Learning and Development journey.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development, launch, and management of our LMS.
- Collaborate with the Head of L&D and key stakeholders to provide a progressive, innovative, and engaging learning platform.
- Act as the primary contact for all L&D enquiries, including those related to Early Careers. Provide timely solutions and effective communication to ensure positive outcomes for colleagues.
- Create opportunities that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring learning experiences are inclusive and equitable.
- Support Early Careers programmes, including trainee lifecycle, recruitment, and Insight programs.
- Support the coordination of related internal and external events.
- Develop and manage initiatives for both future and current talent to learn and grow.
