Key Responsibilities

• System Oversight: Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of CRM, dispatch, invoicing, and order management systems.
• Performance and Security: Ensure system reliability, enhance performance, and uphold security standards.
• Integration and Automation: Streamline integrations and implement automation to improve process efficiency.
