We’re looking for a rent and service charge analyst to provide expert support and analysis across all elements of customer charges. You’ll drive team processes, support customer experience and service delivery teams with all matter relating to customer charges and providing expert analysis for external stakeholder, including customer, auditor and regulatory demands.

You’ll deliver high quality production of customer rent and service charge data. This will include rent setting, service charge estimate setting, service charge reconciliations, income reporting and queries and support any processes related to the production, administration and reporting of customer charges. You will take responsibility for the delivery of individual workloads, including getting support and escalating issues where necessary to uphold the quality and delivery of our service.

You will develop effective internal working relationships to ensure wider teams are supported in their role in customer charges, including communicating rent and service charge reviews and gathering key cost and service information to enhance our service.

This role is permanent and full time. You will be based from our main office in Wolverhampton (WV10 6TB) with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Previous accountancy experience or similar
  • Minimum of full AAT or equivalent
  • Experience of working with rent, service charges or customer charges
  • Experience of working with complex data
  • Experience of working within a customer service driven function
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel and other Office products
  • Specific knowledge of customer service charge setting and processing, including an understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
