Role Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand Brook Street's customer base and solidify its presence
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in Brook Street commercial Operations
Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations during the Sales pursuit
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to convert new clients
Providing monthly reports of sales pipeline and success - we share all updates with Heads of regions on a weekly basis
Sharing of Sales leads and providing visibility all new volume opportunities to Operational Stakeholders
Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Lead negotiations with key clients and partners
Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a national sales management role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business
The ability to collaborate with other stakeholders in the business to meet overall business objections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
Highly motivated and ability work to under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong decision making abilities.
Willing to travel frequently.
