Warehouse Assistant

This position is in the village of ABRIDGE, due to its lack of public transport, your own method of transport is essential.

We are looking for a Weekend Warehouse Assistant to work 24 hrs per week over 3 days. Hours are 2pm to 10pm Monday, Tueasday & Wednesday.

We are a busy village supermarket and petrol station. Responsibilities would be to make sure that the shelves and stock are kept topped up with products from our onsite storeroom.

Stock needs to be monitored in the shop so that products sell by dates run in order.

Training will be given onsite.

This role has a 3 month probationary period which pays at £11.44/hr. If successful, this rate increases to £12.44/hr.

You will also be entitled to a 10% staff discount to most items within the store and enrolment to the Sage Employee Benefit Scheme.

Experience:

• Retail experience: 1 year (preferred, not essential)

Licence/Certification:

· Driving Licence (preferred)
