Job Title: Talent Advisor
Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition
Employment type: Full time 35 hours per week on a FTC for 12 months
Based: Hybrid between Burntwood head office and home
Salary: £25,000 per annum
About the role
You will deliver a professional, solution-focused recruitment service as a Talent Advisor as part of a wider recruitment team. You will have responsibility for the attraction and recruitment of high-quality candidates for a selection of centres. You will work collaboratively with Centre Directors to support Busy Bees centres in all staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Centre Directors to discuss current and future vacancies
- Support and administer the recruitment and selection process from vacancy launch to offer stage
- Review, screen, and shortlist applications
- Proactively source candidates, job boards and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Develop, maintain, and manage the talent pool in the ATS
- Ensure recruitment activities received via email, phone or the ATS are prioritised, and deadlines are met according to SLAs
- Provide advice and support to Centre Directors in line with recruitment policies and procedure
- Ensure a positive candidate journey from start to end
- Maintain a relationship with recruitment agencies and ensure fees are paid promptly
