Butler Rose are delighted to be assisting an Taunton based organisation who have a current requirement for an Procurement Administrator. The company offer the chance to be part of a fast-paced dynamic organisation. Due to the companies planned expansion there are long term plans for the Procurement Administrator role to grow into a more senior position.
The role
To support the business by accurately and effectively carry out all material ordering, expediting & delivery booking in. To carry out any tasks / projects as required by the Head of UK Procurement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the purchasing process including the ordering, and distributions aspects of the company using an MRP system
Update Key Information as required
Analyse existing purchasing processes for performance with the Head of UK Procurement & Logistics.
Manage and maintain stock control and supply chain process.
Communicate with our suppliers in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain prices with the ERP system.
Formal Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge
IT Literate especially with MS Excel and willingness to Learn
