Job Title: Production Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are a facility management company providing cleaning service contracts for business and private clientele. We have expanded into other maintenance activities such as repairs and pool installations and require someone with technical knowledge to work with our facility manager to manage the larger projects.
Duties:
- Working with the Facilities Manager to manage a variety of projects.
- Allocating the resources and managing the contractors ensuring they are fully briefed and carrying out work to the specifications.
- Supervising the work on site.
- Ensuring the project remains within the budget set by the Facility Manager
- Working with the Facility Manager to create the project plans
- Providing regular updates to the Facility Manager
- Manging the paperwork around the project
Requirements:

- Overall technical knowledge of maintenance related work including pool installations
- Ability to budget and manage finances
