Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Brand Manager to join our team and help us grow our makeup brand. As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer and social media strategies to engage our target audience, create viral moments, and drive sales and demand for our products/brand. We are proud to be on track to be 3x the growth from last year, excited to have another ambition person join this role and really own there position, understanding that we still are a small business and each day may not be the same.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing and brand strategy to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive revenue growth that aligns with our brand values and targets our audience.
Create compelling content, including copywriting, photography, and video, that tells the story of our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Identify and build relationships with key influencers and celebrities who align with the brand's image and target audience, to create a community
Responsible for growing & managing the founder's personal brand and driving the brand's narrative.
Leverage social media platforms, trends, and best practices to create engaging content and grow our brand's online presence.
Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends and technologies, with a primary focus on Instagram as a key driver for our brand's growth.
Play a variety of roles for the brand and be willing to help out with tasks outside of your main responsibilities
Focus on community management to foster strong relationships, encourage customer loyalty, and drive retention.
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual who demonstrates unwavering dedication and is willing to go above and beyond to propel the brand forward.
3 years of experience in brand & influencer marketing or a related field, with a focus on storytelling and personal branding. (Experience in the e-commerce or beauty industry preferred but not limited too)
Hard Working, ambitious, willingness to learn, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, forward-thinking.
Proven track record of successful influencer collaborations and driving brand visibility and engagement through social media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Extensive knowledge and passion for social media platforms, with a deep understanding of their functionalities, algorithms, and trends.
Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box, generate innovative ideas, and solve problems creatively.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions to marketing challenges.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
● Performance media expert - with experience of managing large Meta and TikTok campaigns and budgets. Other platforms are a plus.
Understanding the ins and outs of TikTok and all our campaigns leasing with our TT manager and content team to create exciting content and utilise all the support we have within tiktok
● Contribute towards the monthly social media plan, including bringing new ideas and initiatives that will increase our brand awareness, engagement and ultimately ecommerce sales.
● Copywriting for online and offline marketing materials.
● Assist with new product and new brand launches, from ideation, research, trend and competitor analysis.
● PR, beauty award entries and outreach to bloggers and publications to increase our SEO rankings and presence in traditional media.
● Monthly reporting on marketing activities.
● Setting the yearly marketing calendar with the Head of Marketing - including campaigns, offers, NPD, gift promotions, seasonal campaigns, influencer campaigns.
