They now seek to recruit a Sales Administrator to assist their admin. team.
As Sales Administrator Your Typical Daily Duties Will Include
Taking & processing orders by phone and email
Handling customer queries by phone or email
Taking card payments for goods over the phone
Handling cash
Responding to requests for invoices
Liaising with drivers regarding deliveries
As Sales Administrator You'll Need
The ability to multi-task
To be capable of working at a fast pace
A good eye for detail
To enjoy a varied role
The ability to pick things up quickly
Fast keyboard skills
N.B. You MUST be able to commence work at 4.30am, five days a week between Monday and Saturday (but only working either alternate Saturdays or two in every four). Hours are 4.30am to 7.30am.
Please note that it may also be possible to work longer hours over 3-4 days per week as an alternative to five days.
