Cedar is currently partnered with a global organisation to support with the recruitment of an Interim Finance Manager based in Surrey. This is a 12-month contract role offering a minimum of £75,000 benefits.
The Company A large international business with headquarters in the UK.
The Role As an Interim Finance Manager, your duties will include:
Financial reporting and the management of transactional processing teams.
Managing a team of two.
Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports.
Overseeing month-end processes.
Supporting half-year and annual audits including statutory accounts preparation.
Supporting finance transformation processes including new system implementations.
Ensuring VAT compliance, preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
Your Profile
You will ideally have:
A formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA/CIMA/CA).
Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience working in a large, complex, international business.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Previous experience of managing a small team.
The salary of £75,000 per year represents a fair value, or logical increase on your previous salary or day rate.
Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
