We are delighted to be working with a leading hospitality and catering company at one of their flagship sites in London. My clients are culinary champions - it's what they do and it's what they are passionate about. At the core of their work is the belief that sustainably sourced great food and drink, coupled with exceptional service is key to creating legendary experiences.

We are currently working with their Retail Division to recruit a Retail Operations Manager to join their team.

Retail Operations Manager - Overall Purpose of the Role

• Management of Concessions team within venue, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests
• Leadership of the concessions staff ensuring operational excellence, efficiency at all times aiming to exceed the client, guest expectations as well as delivering business objectives
• To review the concession business and performance, ensuring delivery of key financial targets and customer feedback targets of 90%
• To support the concessions team in continual development of the business using new products, service techniques and other efficiencies.
• To demonstrate full alignment to my clients vision and values by doing the right things and celebrating successes
• Lead the set up and clear down on non-event days
• Lead the day to day concessions operation for event days.
  
  

Ideally as the Retail Operations Manager you will have a food and beverage background within the restaurant / bar / coffee shop arena. This is a fast paced environment and an exciting role within a fantastic venue and offers the opportunity to grow your career within a constantly evolving company.
