We are looking to recruit a Call Handler to join our exceptional Business Support Team based in Wolverhampton.
This Role Will Entail
- Managing incoming calls from clients and other professionals in a professional and warm manner.
- Ensuring accurate details of all calls, clients names, requirements and contact details are captured.
- Responding to internal and external queries promptly to ensure we provide a stellar service.
- Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures, and working safely to ensure the safety of yourself and other colleagues.
- Providing additional support when required for the wider business support team as well as the business as a whole to ensure the delivery of stellar customer service is maintained.
About You
- Experience in a customer or client facing role is important, along with an excellent telephone manner and ability to work with clients who may be calling in difficult personal times.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
