Who Are We?

Since 2007, Loren and Richard have grown Chilled Pubs into a thriving pub group with 7 gorgeous sites, over 500 employees, and a unique food and drink menu. We aim to be the top pub brand in the Midlands, with plans to expand to 20 pubs! Our team lives and breathes our values, ensuring every guest is wowed.

The Role:

• Welcoming guests and serving a fantastic range of drinks
• Fast-paced, interactive, and fun - perfect for someone who loves chatting with customers!
• You’ll need to know our menu inside and out to confidently recommend drinks
• Help keep our spaces looking and feeling fabulous - lighting, music, candles, the whole vibe!
• Follow safety policies like our 'Challenge 25' age verification
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm, friendly, and guest-obsessed personality
• Someone excited to learn, with great energy
• Flexibility to work shifts between 12 p.m. and midnight, including weekends
• No experience needed, just a passion for hospitality and a love for Chilled Pubs!
