Salary: £26,753.70 FTE which equates to £15,287.83 for 20 hpw and £16,052.22 for 21 hpw
Part time/20 hours worked over 4 days or 21 hours per week worked over 3 days/Permanent
Based at Endurance House, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9ZR.

As a Customer Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first class customer-focussed service when dealing with a wide range of telephone enquiries, emails, live chat and face to face. The Customer Services Team also plays a critical part in providing efficient support to our Housing Management and Property Services Teams.

Previous experience in an administrative and customer facing role essential.

Professional telephone manner and excellent communication and administrative skills.

Able to negotiate confidently and demonstrate an assertive approach, with discretion and diplomacy.

Able to be responsive and make decisions in a timely and effective way.

Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.

Competent in MS Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).
