Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Lettings at City & Docklands in Greater London. The Head of Lettings will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the letting process, including tenant relations, property inspections, lease agreements, renewals, marketing and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property letting, real estate management, and lease agreements
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of housing regulations and property laws
• Ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Proven track record of successful property lettings
