We are looking for a Client Director experienced in managing large enterprise accounts with a minimum annual spend of £2 million. About the Role: You will be leading a large business unit for a major IT company. You will be managing a large budget so you must have managed a P&L of at least £150 million through sales & operations. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the strategic vision for the EUC division, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals and growth objectives.
Business Development: Spearhead the expansion of the EUC division by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing market presence.
Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales, technical, and support professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Client Engagement: Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, value-added solutions.
Product & Service Innovation: Stay at the forefront of EUC technology trends, driving innovation in product and service offerings to keep the company competitive.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational efficiency of the EUC division, ensuring top-tier service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.
Financial Management: Manage the division's budget, P&L, and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Qualifications: -You must have managed a P&L of at least £150 million through sales & operations.
Experience: A proven track record senior leadership role within the IT industry, with a focus on End User Computing or related areas.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of EUC technologies, solutions, and market trends, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive high performance.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans focused on innovation and growth.
