Providing industry-leading development partner and project consultant services, their clients include the likes of Starbucks, Barratt Homes and the NHS to name a few! The business is now looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated graduates to join their company as Graduate Consultants on their immersive and exciting Graduate Scheme! The Scheme will give you exposure across the company in a range of disciplines, working collaboratively to plan, design and deliver the developments they work on nationwide! Role : This rotational graduate scheme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to become a future director! Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through each of the following groups, gaining a well-rounded view of the business. Cost & Commercial Civil Engineering Development Management Highways, Environment & Transition Structural Engineering Mechanical & Electrical Engineering The Graduate Scheme is structured to suit you and allows you the freedom to explore the business and where your strengths lie. Upon completion of the scheme you will have a unique understanding of the industry and what makes them different. This is a permanent position- at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in! Requirements: Educated to degree level in one of the following subjects: Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, with a drive to progress Willingness to relocate on occasion for specific rotations (3-6 month duration) Pareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
