We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to and engage with potential client to convert demo account to live trading accounts
• Drive client funding and encourage trading activity through effective communication and relationship building
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial products and the CFD and spread betting industry
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction Requirements:
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High energy, motivation, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of financial products and CFD/Spread Betting market is a plus, however not essential What We Offer:
