Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Operations Intern to join our team at AnyFeast. This part-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into the supply chain and logistics operations of a growing food delivery company while contributing to real-world projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in Supply Chain Management: Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of supply chain operations to ensure the timely delivery of meal kits and culinary products. Logistics Coordination: Help manage logistics functions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies. Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise operations. Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, orders, and shipments to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. Vendor Communication: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of logistics and supply chain activities, including inventory reports and delivery schedules. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as procurement, customer service, and sales to ensure a cohesive supply chain operation. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attributes: Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proactive and eager to learn.
