Position: Parts Representative

Our client is a prominent group in the UK, boasting over a century of experience in the franchised dealer sector. Recognized for providing dealer services for renowned manufacturers, their network of Car and Commercial dealerships spans through the West Midlands.
Responsibilities:
Operate within a telesales environment.
Handle the processing and promotion of commercial vehicle parts to customers.
Address technical inquiries and utilize tools for product identification.
Cultivate professional and dependable relationships with clientele.
Assist and collaborate with the external parts sales team.
Play vital roles in sales campaigns and targeted initiatives.
Engage with customers visiting the premises.
Fulfill internal parts needs and collaborate with workshop personnel.
Gather market intelligence.
Coordinate with key suppliers.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service and telesales.
Proficiency in customer service and administrative tasks.
Knowledge acquired within the Motor Vehicle sector or similar industry.
Ability to meet performance targets.
Previous experience in a comparable role is advantageous.
Possession of a full driving license is preferred, though not mandatory.
