Senior Product Manager

You will be based in the Mekon Ltd UK office, a subsidiary of Contiem.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee product lines, conduct user research, and develop Product Requirements Documents to ensure strategic alignment and commercial success.
• Collaborate with SME’s and senior leadership to shape product strategy, define key metrics, and plan future roadmap initiatives.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, using this data to enhance product features and inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring they are on schedule and meet business performance targets.
• Clearly articulate the product vision to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, demonstrate impact, and drive decision-making.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:

• 7 years in a B2B SaaS Product Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of innovation and managing the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Legal right to work in the UK; no sponsorship will be provided.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Product Design, Product Engineering, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the CCMS or content management space
• Experience working with Web Services, object-oriented and/or declarative languages, and working with XML technologies (XSL, XQuery, XPath, etc.) or standards
• Experience with DITA standards preferred.
