You will be based in the Mekon Ltd UK office, a subsidiary of Contiem.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee product lines, conduct user research, and develop Product Requirements Documents to ensure strategic alignment and commercial success.
- Collaborate with SME’s and senior leadership to shape product strategy, define key metrics, and plan future roadmap initiatives.
- Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, using this data to enhance product features and inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and manage product releases, ensuring they are on schedule and meet business performance targets.
- Clearly articulate the product vision to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, demonstrate impact, and drive decision-making.
Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7 years in a B2B SaaS Product Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of innovation and managing the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Legal right to work in the UK; no sponsorship will be provided.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Product Design, Product Engineering, or a relevant field.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the CCMS or content management space
- Experience working with Web Services, object-oriented and/or declarative languages, and working with XML technologies (XSL, XQuery, XPath, etc.) or standards
- Experience with DITA standards preferred.
