We're on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our vibrant team based in Leeds city centre. Our mission? To revolutionise organisations with cutting-edge drone technology.

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be at the heart of our post-sales activities, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service and support. Whether it's over the phone or via email, you'll be the go-to person for processing orders, preparing shipments, and delighting our customers at every turn.

Day to day activities include:

  • Managing emails through intercom, handling phone calls efficiently, and providing accurate information to our customers, keeping them up to date at every stage of the order.
  • Booking orders, pick, and ship stock with 100% accuracy.
  • Promoting the COPTRZ brand, request, review, and respond to customer feedback.
  • Inputting customer and order information into our CRM with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Purchasing stock items
  • Being the first point of contact for the customer for aftersales and support, resolving issues and complaints.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a varied customer service or operational role.
  • A knack for thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • A passion for delighting customers and a solid grasp of first-time resolution concepts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and an unyielding desire to be the best.
