As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be at the heart of our post-sales activities, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service and support. Whether it's over the phone or via email, you'll be the go-to person for processing orders, preparing shipments, and delighting our customers at every turn.
Day to day activities include:
- Managing emails through intercom, handling phone calls efficiently, and providing accurate information to our customers, keeping them up to date at every stage of the order.
- Booking orders, pick, and ship stock with 100% accuracy.
- Promoting the COPTRZ brand, request, review, and respond to customer feedback.
- Inputting customer and order information into our CRM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Purchasing stock items
- Being the first point of contact for the customer for aftersales and support, resolving issues and complaints.

- Previous experience in a varied customer service or operational role.
