I am currently looking for a recruitment officer for an established venues and events business based in London!
We are looking for a real people person with an upbeat, positive, can-do approach. Someone organised, outgoing, hands on, results focused person who can naturally communicate the company ethos and style.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing & conducting recruitment for all company roles
Creating Job Descriptions with the operations team / hiring manager to attract top talent
Creating role profiles with the hiring managers
Connect, interact, and recruit via LinkedIn and ensure that the company is highlighted as a desired employer
Creating innovative and engaging vacancy adverts to attract the best talent
Conducting all first stage interviews
Leading the organisation of all second and, if required, third stage interviews, working closely with the operations team and hiring managers.
Creating talent bank of future candidates to fill positions when they arise
Ensuring all rejected candidates are given meaningful feedback to ensure they remain company advocates
