We are hiring on behalf of a global beauty brand famous for their staple products and prestige take on the market you will be the lead of all things social for this growing brand!

With industry leading products and organic social reach from the likes of Bella Hadid, Beyonce, The Kardashians and more they are at the forefront of cultivating luxury within the products positioned in the likes of Harrods, Sephora and many more.

Here is what you will typically do within your role:

• End to end strategy planning of all NPD launches
• Producing full 3, 6 and 12mth strategy plans for all social channels.
• Taking full ownership of the Instagram and TikTok channels.
• Managing the CEO's personal instagram feed.
• Ensuring cohesion throughout all platforms, content, and campaigns.
• Analyse key data consistently to proactively adapt to trends and content performance.
• Driving key brand community within all platforms.
• Maintaining the brands aesthetic.
• Staying ahead of trends whilst looking at new and innovative ways we can be ahead of the industry with our unique placement in the beauty space.
• Building relationships with key influencers and micro influencers owning the gifting and collaboration channel
• Reporting into the CEO & Founder

What will you need to succeed:

• A strong growth mindset, being able to quickly adapt to changes and be proactive with implementing direction.
• Impeccable eye for what the customer wants and who the brands community.
• A natural flare for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Seeking new opportunities for the brand to capitalise on new trends and platforms.
