Performance Marketing Manager
Create Academy is on the hunt for a creative and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is our first in-house performance marketing hire, and comes at a hugely exciting time following the successful launch of our subscription product. Our LTV:CAC ratio is really healthy, so there is lots of headroom and opportunity for the right person. You will therefore be supporting the Head of Growth to reach new audiences and acquire new customers for the brand, and proving out new channels.

Key Responsibilities
Work with the Head of Growth to execute the growth strategy and achieve business objectives
Manage advert accounts across Meta, Pinterest, Google & Bing with an annual budget of £2M
Build a diverse portfolio of advertising platforms
Define audiences and spot opportunities for growth
Devise a roadmap for testing and optimising performance on each platform
Create specific campaigns for global markets and identify new areas to scale
Work alongside creative teams to produce and test advertising assets
Work alongside the product team to test and improve landing pages
Deliver key insights and results to the wider team in a clear and concise way
Manage budgets and forecasting
Essential for the role
4 years experience in performance marketing
Experience managing budgets over £1M annually
Experience optimizing towards a CAC & LTV:CAC target
Detailed knowledge of key paid digital marketing channels (Meta, Google)
Experience using video assets for performance marketing
Experience working with and briefing a creative team
Experience using Looker Studio or other data visualisation tools
Desirable for the role
An interest in creative skills and hobbies taught in Create Academy courses
Understanding of SEO
