Are you looking for a new HR Advisor role? Our extremely prestigious client based in Goodwood, Chichester are looking for a HR Advisor (Rewards & Benefits) to join their growing team in their large global manufacturing plant. This role is an on-going long term temporary role for approx. 12 months (revised annually).
As HR Advisor You Will
Develop processes and information on HR metrics and work alongside the Reporting & Reward Team
Have a high level of responsibility for developing quantitative and qualitative insight in business wide HR reporting, through analytics and maintaining data integrity
Maintain HR master data report on working structures and overall headcount
Develop and implementf HR data reporting & analytics with multiple HR & IT stakeholders
Support delivery of the annual pay & bonus review process
Assess working structures and job grading
Support business change projects aligned to the business and HR strategies, relating to reward, culture, leadership development and recognition
Support quality management and process development of the complete HR department
Supporting the HR department with the purchasing process and other associated administration
The HR Advisor Will Have
Proven experience in a HR Reporting function, ideally including working alongside management and cross functional business partners with a focus on data integrity
Operational HR experience would be desirable, with understanding on a variety of HR methods and solutions to support business change and improve business performance
SAP HR user experience
Advanced MS Office, particularly with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros and VBA coding) and MS PowerPoint
Ability to create and manage SharePoint pages and workflows (desirable)
Good understanding of other data reporting software including Power BI would be advantageous
An awareness of project management and deployment methodologies e.g. PDCA / Prince2
Experience in web based intranet modification would be advantageous
