BODYSHOP CUSTOMER ADVISOR

We are recruiting for a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join the D. M. Keith Bodyshop. For this role you will ideally have a Bodyshop or Service repair background and experience.

As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor you will be highly organised, accurate and able to manage the demands of multiple duties. You will be responsible for invoicing, raising job cards, body repair bookings for customers and issuing body guarantees and organising estimates and courtesy cars. An ability to prioritise and a strong attention to detail are essential to ensure that all Customer and Company vehicles are presented in immaculate condition and that any faults are identified and actioned prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer, to ensure the security of all Company and Customer vehicles and ensuring that company standards are met.

Whilst you do not need extensive technical knowledge, you would ideally have some administrative experience and a basic understanding of vehicle administrative processes. It would be preferable for the candidate to have pinnacle software experience .The successful candidate will already have a great track record within an general administrative capacity and customer service.

More importantly you will be a person with high standards of customer service, a positive and effective communicator and be able to consistently adhere to strict processes. This is a busy role, requiring a committed and reliable work ethic, alongside a desire to enjoy the role and working within a great team.

You will be liaising with customers, work providers and your Bodyshop team, maximising the performance of all aspects of the job.

Customer care is key to our operations and demonstrating great awareness in this area, essential.
