A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with one of clients based in Halesowen.
Working as part of a small but very proactive and passionate team, the ideal candidate is an experienced accounts person that enjoys working with various clients on a day-to-day basis.
This is a part time role, 5 days per week approx. 25 hours per week.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but not exhausted of;
- Using QuickBooks/Dext software systems & exporting information as needed
- Checking VAT and other weekly/monthly accounts
- Checking accuracy of balance sheets and nominal ledgers
- Creating reports & accurately communicating this to directors.
- Assisting the director with setting of Budgets and forecasting for businesses.
- Assisting bookkeeping department as required with purchase ledger, sales ledger and reconciliations.
- Communicating with internal staff and external customers through answering of phones, email etc.
