DB Search has been retained by a growing PE backed business based near Haywards Heath and Crawley to support them in their search for a Head of People. This newly created position will take ownership of forward-thinking people strategies and day-to-day operational HR. The goal is to increase employee engagement whilst planning for the future and developing a proactive approach to the people function.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will be the employee's advocate, designing cohesive policies and procedures to ensure parity across the business. Working closely with the senior leadership team you will partner with them to advise of the impact new ideas and projects can have from a HR point of view. This role will take a holistic view of HR/People which engages and develops teams/talent and succession plans to ensure the organisation is fit for the future. Talent mapping, engagement, learning & development and organisational design will be important aspects of this role as they look to develop high-performance teams
