Residential Care Worker

## Overview We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence and quality of life. ## Duties - Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Support clients with mobility around the home - Prepare meals and help with feeding if required - Perform light housekeeping tasks - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition - Keep accurate records of care provided ## Requirements - Must have a valid driving licence to travel between client homes - Ability to follow care plans effectively - Basic IT skills for record keeping - Previous experience in childcare or working with children is desirable - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and their families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £10.32-£10.76 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
