An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Assistant Psychologists within our Independent Psychology Company. The job will be supervised by one of our Clinical Psychologists and will involve providing input into a variety of services supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or forensic needs, across all ages and abilities. The work is extremely varied, from individual input to training and staff support. The job would be suitable for those hoping to gain experience to train as a Clinical Psychologist, Educational Psychologist or Forensic Psychologist.
We require an experienced individual (with at least one years experience post-graduation working directly with service users) who is able to manage their own diary and work independently under supervision. Due to service provision requirements, we have two posts available and are looking for an individual for each who is located, or is willing to be located, in either the West Wales/Swansea area or the South Wales/Gloucestershire/Bristol area. Candidates must be willing to travel and will be home based when not in services.
Please contact us at recruitment@dgfpsychology.co.uk for a job description and person specification in the first instance.
Closing date for applications is 9am on Wednesday 4th September 2024, with interviews being held on Monday 16th September 2024. Please note that the interviews will be held in North Bristol.
