Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7. Core hours - 08:00-17:00 (With flexibility)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business has an exciting opportunity for a HGV Driver Trainer to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Be responsible for planning and delivering all training to the driver team
• Monitoring and organisation of training documents and standards
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues into the business
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times
• Support the operation if required

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience but don't hesitate to apply if you don't tick every box on this page - we're great at spotting talent and potential in everyone:

• You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous experience in a HGV driving role
• High level of attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well with a team, as well as with minimal supervision
• Previous experience as a driver buddy, mentor or performance coach would be beneficial

A valid HGV Driver training certification would be well received but is not essential.
