Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a progressive and forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, developing financial and non-financial performance indicators, and driving process improvements. You will report directly to the Head of Finance and play a key role in influencing staff at all levels of the business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently studying ACCA/CIMA. A first-time mover out of practice or in industry.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reporting.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to manage workload proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid working model with 1-2 days a week from home after a 3-month probation period.
• Flexible start and finish times (8-4, 9-5 or 10-6) with the option to reduce lunch breaks to suit your schedule.
