Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle credit card transactions, including processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area e.g. sweeping and mopping floors, toilet checks and setting and relaying tables for service.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
