Company Overview: I recently launched a freelance recruitment service aimed at helping businesses find top talent. As a new business with no clients yet, I am looking for a skilled lead generation expert to help me find and connect with potential clients.
Role Overview: I am seeking a Freelance Lead Generation Specialist who can identify and target businesses or individuals in need of recruitment services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients. If you're proactive, creative, and results-driven, I'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target markets and businesses in need of recruitment services.
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls for potential clients.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and keep track of interactions.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of lead generation activities.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in lead generation (experience in the recruitment industry is a plus).
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email marketing software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on generating high-quality leads.
- Experience working with startups or small businesses (preferred).
- Understanding of the freelance or recruitment industry (preferred).
