Next Generation are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to work with a global leading manufacturer based in Wednesbury. As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for promoting a positive quality culture ensuring the delivery of quality components to meet customer requirements and quality expectations.

Working hours for the Quality Engineer:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
Duties of the Quality Engineer:
- Reporting to the Quality Manager your role will be to ensure customer concerns are managed effectively.
- Implementing corrective action plans
- Communicating with customers & suppliers
- Liaising with the wider quality department members to support when required
- Communicating with supporting services, sorting/inspection companies
- Completion of 8D’s, using tools 5Why, Ishikawa etc
The successful candidate for the Quality Engineers position will have the following experience:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience within a Quality role is (Essential).
- Experience working with precision machined components (Essential)
- Ability to the use Quality tools such as RCA, 8D, NCR and CAPA (Essential)
- Compiling PPAP documentation (Essential)
- Ability to use handheld measuring equipment (Essential)
- You will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written to be able to communicate and build good relationships.
