Eaton Syalon are working exclusively with an incredibly well established brand to hire a talented Management Accountant in to their team. With exceptional route for progression to Finance controller this role is ideally suited to an ambitious newly Qualified Accountant with strong Management Accounting and team management experience. With overall responsibility for the production of quality financial information for a division of our clients business, you will also oversee a small transactional finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation and presentation of Monthly management accounts information, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Cost Analysis/variance analysis
• Support in the preparation of annual budgets
• Financial Analysis to support key business decisions
• Stock/inventory management
• Continuous improvement, process review and improvement ensuring best practice
• Oversee ledger activities including team and work flow management

Our client is keen to attract a newly qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) Accountant (Finalists will be considered) with demonstratable experience as Management Accountant in the manufacturing space. Ideally you already manage or mentor more junior members of the team and enjoy building productive working relationships with your team as well as key stakeholders across the business.

This role offers genuine opportunity to progress quickly in to Finance Controller for the successful candidate.
