Then this could be the perfect job for you. iO Associates have partnered with a leading Food Manufacturer based in Manchester, in the look for a talented Trainer to join their team. We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional to lead the execution of a comprehensive site training plan, ensuring that both factory and office staff are equipped with the skills they need to excel. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Training Plans: Design and implement an annual site training plan that meets the needs of our diverse workforce. Create Training Materials: Develop and deliver training modules that align with food safety and manufacturing standards, translating SOPs and daily operations into practical learning experiences. Address Skills Gaps: Identify training and development needs across the organisation, focusing on continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams and third-party training providers to ensure all training is compliant and effective. Promote a Learning Culture: Foster a culture of continuous education and development, supporting internal succession planning and employee progression. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Maths and English at GCSE level or equivalent; a Professional Trainer Certificate is desirable. Experience: Proven experience in a training role within a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of managing multiple tasks and projects successfully. Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Articulate or other training packages is a plus.
