Key Responsibilities: Learn how to assist with the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems Mount and secure solar panels according to design specifications Connect wiring and electrical components to ensure the system is fully functional Learn to perform maintenance and repairs on the above technologies Working as part of a team to deliver the best customer experience possible Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions Completing work-related documentation accurately Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met and followed Ad-hoc requirements to support and meet business needs Key Skills: Previous experience in construction or labouring is advantageous Willingness to learn and develop new skills A keen eye for detail and problem-solving Take pride in your work with excellent attention to detail Outstanding customer service Happy to pitch in to help the rest of the team Trustworthy & reliable Awareness of Health & Safety requirements Valid UK Drivers Licence Personal Profile: Knowledge of power tools Ability to perform physical tasks as needed Comfortable working at heights An interest in the renewable energy sector Good communication skills Customer focused Hardworking individual Eye for detail Team orientated Salary & Benefits: Depending on experience All training provided Monday to Friday, 08.30 17.00 Internal & external training provided Pension Contribution 21 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Guaranteed growth industry Clear Career Progression Uniform and all PPE provided Please note due to the nature of this role you must have a valid UK Drivers Licence.
