Electrify Video Partners is a dynamic new digital media company investing in and scaling creators with an established YouTube presence. We invested in channels like Veritasium (15M subscribers), Simple History (4.7M) and Astrum (1.9M). Focusing on educational content, our mission is to amplify digital creators to inform and inspire generations, turning them into global media businesses. We build their teams, scale the production, distribute their content and introduce new revenue streams across platforms. We have raised multiple funding rounds and have existing revenue streams.

About The Role
Electrify is looking for a passionate and target-focused team member to source and close brand sponsorship and integration partnerships for our video content on YouTube. The role is client-facing and focused on creating new business opportunities and developing relationships with media spend budget holders. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience working within branded content for social media or influencer marketing, with the nouse to find and develop strong agency and brand contacts. You will be joining a close-knit team of two, working collaboratively to drive forward our mission and make an impact in the creator economy. Key responsibilities
Build and develop a pipeline of potential partners and clients, with the aim of securing brand sponsorship spend
Source new business opportunities, bringing in a defined number of new prospects and clients each month Assist in developing the proposition and creating awareness of the full range of opportunities that Electrify’s content channels can offer clients Identify and prioritise potential clients; including agency teams, brands direct and vertical focussed outreach Work closely with the senior management team to identify and maximize revenue opportunities across the portfolio to meet and exceed targets Cross-functional working with Editorial, Production, Data and Creators to ensure smooth integration and alignment on opportunities
End to end management of the sales process, agency/client relationship and Creator coordination and alignment Respond to briefs effectively and in a timely way, ensuring all client needs are met Incorporate developing market trends into all propositions, being proactive in evolving our proposition for clients Regularly report back on results, performance and conversion of campaigns and creating case studies Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years experience selling sponsorship integration and branded content across video, digital and social media platforms or influencer propositions. Have experience of working with both brands direct and agencies whilst demonstrating previous success
Experience working in the Influencer Marketing or Creator Economy industry and securing brand partnerships would be beneficial. Experience with educational content is a plus Understanding of how YouTube operates and how to maximize revenue opportunities with partners on the platform, ensuring all guidelines are met Excellent client and partner relationship management skills A self motivated individual who thrives working independently as much as part of a team, who is hungry to grow and develop
Highly organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines and possess attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Have excellent negotiation skills to ensure maximum solutions for clients and price campaigns appropriately A blackbook of existing relationships would be beneficial
