Mini Bus Driver

5 hours a day, 5 days a week.

morning Runs: 6:30am - 9am

Afternoon Run: 4pm - 6:30pm

Some additional hours are available through the working week at basic rate.

For any work done after 18.30 and on Saturdays and Sundays, overtime pay will be provided at a rate of time and a half.

This position is available during term time only, with the possibility of additional overtime work during the 6 weeks of Summer School.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Mini Bus Driver to transport students to and from school safely.

The ideal candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement.

The Mini Bus Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers, following a predetermined route, and adhering to all traffic laws and school transportation policies.

The driver will also be required to perform regular maintenance checks on the vehicle and keep it clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a school mini bus in a safe and responsible manner
• Transport students to and from school or school-related events
• Ensure the safety of all passengers at all times
• Assist passengers with getting on and off the bus when necessary

Requirements:

• Valid commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Excellent driving skills and a commitment to safety
