Our client is seeking an experienced and exceptional Customer Service Team Leader to lead their customer-facing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance. This position is based on Birmingham Business Park by the NEC and you will be required to work from 6am – 6:15pm on a 4 on 4 off rota.
