Job Posting for Customer Service Team Leader at Elite Personnel

Our client is seeking an experienced and exceptional Customer Service Team Leader to lead their customer-facing team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team performance. This position is based on Birmingham Business Park by the NEC and you will be required to work from 6am – 6:15pm on a 4 on 4 off rota.

 

Duties for the Customer Service Team Leader will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and team productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment that fosters teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop growth plans for team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

The ideal Candidate for the Customer Service Team Leader will have the following:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing leadership position.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a team or department.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software or other customer service platforms is preferred.

 

This is a full-time position working 6am – 6:15pm shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota.
