Your Role:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Engage with potential new business customers daily.
- Customer Needs: Utilise your strong sales and customer service skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Target Management: Manage your workload to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
-Portfolio Development: Develop and manage existing accounts.
-Administrative Duties: Manage CRM database and liaise with energy suppliers for the best tariffs.
-Compliance: Follow all compliance procedures.
About You:
-Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen, communication, and negotiation skills, ideally worked within the energy industry, but not limited to.
-Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a tenacious approach to converting business and achieving KPIs.
-Team Player: Able to work well both individually and within a thriving sales team.
-Resilient: Positive response to objections and challenges, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Organised: Meticulous, highly organised, and goal-oriented.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
