Assistant Quantity Surveyor Central London £40,000 - £45,000 Bonus Commission Chartership Support Training Progression This is a great opportunity for Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing, award winning Real Estate firm. Where you will be working on a variety of projects in the Commercial and Residential sector. All whilst having opportunities for progression as the company grows with technical training and chartership support opportunities. In this role you'll have a number of responsibilities including assisting with the tender process including preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids and negotiating those contracts. You'll also be responsible for cost reports and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance during projects.

You will also be supporting the management of stakeholders throughout all stages of the process by building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuing strong communication is maintained throughout. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Junior or assistant Quantity Surveyor position within the Commercial or Residential sector. As well as someone who is flexible and can travel to their sites across the UK where you will have your travel covered.
