A well-established Main Contractor specialising in Heritage & Restoration is seeking a Project Manager/Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-end projects in Birmingham and the Midlands.

Role

• Predominantly site-based, overseeing several luxury projects at once
• Client-facing with Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals
• Managing smaller scale heritage, restoration, insurance claims on mansions, high-end commercial properties, and listed buildings
• Handling projects from estimators, including valuations and variations
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in IT and basic construction principles
• Previous experience overseeing Heritage or Restoration projects is desirable
• Excellent communication and project management skills
