HR Data Analyst - Hybrid working offered
My market leading client are on the hunt for a HR Data Analyst who is not only passionate about data, but also eager to be a part of the foundational phase of HR data analytics.
They are a respected brand not only widely recognised in the UK, but globally.
This position plays a pivotal role in the HR Data and Analytics team, dissecting HR data to provide insight into patterns and trends and identify issues.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member, eager to harness data and technology to empower HR decision-making with robust analytics.
We are looking for a data enthusiast eager to dive deep into HR analytics, leverage technical skills to drive meaningful insights, and contribute significantly to the strategic direction of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to produce data-driven, insightful reports in Tableau & Power BI to enable strategic & operational HR & business decisions.
- Manipulate and integrate data from diverse sources, focusing on automating these processes where feasible.
- Support the Manager, HR Data and Analytics with data analysis in all areas of core HR data and be capable of offering recommendations/solutions.
- Expand our HR reporting and analytics capabilities, adapting to evolving business needs and developing working practices that enhance technical capability within HR.
Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and relational databases, with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge and experience in query writing in SQL programming.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Ecosystem, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and other Power platform products.
- Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques (ETL).
- Experience in data analysis and data management.
- Deep understanding and curiosity about HR data and people analytics.
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be onsite 1-2 days a week.
