I am working with a growing client in the Harrogate area. They are looking for a HR Administrator who is eager to advance their career. This role offers a clear path of progression, as a HR Advisor, and will report to the HR Manager.
You must have HR Administrative experience and be able to commute to Harrogate part of the week.
The role is full-time (38 hours a week) and permanent.
A flavour of the role:
To build strong credible relationships with managers across multiple sites
Work closely with managers to advise on and resolve various ER cases
Support and advise on recruitment-related processes
Looking after absence management data and actions
Support the well-being strategy
Internally promote the employee benefits offered by the company
Produce various analytical reports and annual reports such as the gender pay gap report
About you:
Able to maintain discretion and maturity in handling sensitive and confidential information
Previous HR Admin experience is essential
A keen eye for detail - ensuring all tasks are completed accurately
Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified but not essential. However relevant demonstrable experience is essential
Open to completing CIPD level 3 and or 5 if not already qualified
Package:
circa £28,000 per annum
35 days holiday, including bank holidays
