We are seeking a dedicated Preschool assistant to join our team in providing quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Lead daily routines, including meals, nap times, and outdoor play
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching methods and curriculum delivery
- Organise and maintain a well-equipped nursery setting
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to support a preschool classroom with care and attention
- Qualifications in Childcare or Early Childhood Education (preferable)
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support children's learning
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in English language for clear communication
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting
